Behaviour
At King Charles, we believe that good behaviour is necessary for effective teaching and learning. This is supported through the creation of a positive and encouraging environment.
We use a restorative practice approach to dealing with behaviour issues in our school. Staff will take time with pupils to understand exactly what happened. why it happened, who was affected and how the situation could be resolved.
We use Trackit Lights to record positive and negative behaviours.
Pupils earn positive 'green' Trackit points for demonstrating our KC Way values or for working hard.
Children earn certificates and prizes for their Trackit points.
